Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical oversight of design staff and teams for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, storage tanks, and treatment systems.
  • •Direct project teams and ensure compliance with contract terms while monitoring subcontractor compliance with contractual commitments.
  • •Prepare and communicate project work plans covering scope, schedule, and budget, and manage project production for quality and objectives.
  • •Coordinate project opportunity evaluation, consultant selection, and preparation of qualification/experience statements.
  • •Support business development by identifying new opportunities and participating in client presentations, and help coordinate contract negotiations and draft agreements for review by senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related) plus 8 years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •Professional Engineering (PE) license in New Mexico, with ability to obtain one within the first 6 months of employment.
  • •Experience working on municipal projects.
  • •Experience with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, REVIT, MicroStation, SWMM, and/or Storm/Sewer/WaterCAD.
  • •Proven interpersonal skills for client interaction and public speaking, plus strong project financial management and ability to lead multi-disciplined teams.
