Key Responsibilities

  • •Uplift agile delivery across multiple squads by coaching Scrum Masters and running program-level agile practices.
  • •Facilitate program cadences including cross-squad dependency reviews and release readiness checkpoints.
  • •Resolve cross-squad impediments and drive dependency management, escalating with clear options when needed.
  • •Champion agile maturity and continuous improvement, leveraging DORA metrics and delivery-health reporting.
  • •Lead people management responsibilities and represent agile delivery in cross-functional forums.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • •8-10 years of experience in agile delivery, with at least 2 years coaching Scrum Masters or leading multi-squad programs.
  • •Deep working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaling approaches used at ISA.
  • •Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices including CI/CD, trunk-based development, and feature flags.
  • •Advanced agile certification (PSM II, SAFe, Kanban) preferred; also fluent in English.
