Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all phases of project realization including validation, functional and technical programs, design and planning, bidding, construction, and final handover of deliverables to the client, within institutional and commercial building projects
  • •Oversee multiple project phases including budget and cost control, scope management, schedule, stakeholder coordination, client communications, quality, documentation, risk management, procurement and contract administration, resource management, changes, and internal/external approvals
  • •Perform any other tasks related to project delivery to ensure successful completion

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification
  • •5+ years of relevant project management experience in building construction
  • •Experience in consulting engineering or with contractors is an asset
  • •PMP certification is considered an asset
  • •Strong initiative, detail orientation, teamwork and bilingual communication (French and English)
