Key Responsibilities

•Lead the team generating VIP Club upgrades, coat check, premier parking, fast lane, future ticket sales, and other upsell revenue before and during shows.
•Schedule, oversee, and assist night-of show upsell and coat check staff.
•Communicate with and facilitate client sales via the SevenRooms platform ahead of show days.
•Oversee sale and inventory of venue-brand merchandise and coordinate with the box office manager to manage upsell inventory and troubleshoot issues.
•Secure and reconcile day-of-show ancillary sales, handle payroll and tip input for upsell staff, and provide feedback to venue leadership on pricing and new revenue streams.

Key Requirements

•Understanding and utility of Chexology, SevenRooms, Square, and Arctics platforms.
•Business acumen with data/metrics-driven, innovative, and creative thinking.
•Knowledge of venue products and revenue opportunities.
•Excellent guest service and team building skills.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
