Job Summary

Build and extend Aeolus, an in-house analytics data platform used by 130,000+ employees. Design and implement data integration systems and scalable, fault-tolerant distributed applications, and create AI-powered capabilities such as natural-language querying, conversational analytics, and LLM agents for exploration and report generation. Partner with product, QA, and operations to deliver reliable, performant features, estimate effort, and lead major design and testing of complex changes.
