Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle chargeback claims from cardholders and conduct thorough investigations using relevant documentation.
  • •Validate and analyze information from internal and third-party systems to ensure dispute data accuracy and completeness.
  • •Ensure responses are accurate, well-documented, and compliant with card scheme requirements, submitting within defined timeframes.
  • •Draft, submit, and manage dispute responses in line with regulatory standards and established procedures.
  • •Provide feedback and guidance to internal stakeholders and clients throughout dispute resolution as cases continue or escalate.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of chargeback regulations, card scheme rules, and dispute procedures.
  • •Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
