Key Responsibilities

•Work with all MROs in managing the preparations, progress of maintenance checks
•Attend the daily engineering operations meeting to report on the progress of each aircraft undergoing maintenance
•Work with MRO and Costing section to determine reasonable charging of work done progressively through the course of a hangar check
•Work on continual improvement projects to bring about maintenance cost-savings and efficiency gain in workflow for hangar checks
•Conduct periodic audits of the MRO to ensure proper completion of maintenance works and accuracy of documentation

Key Requirements

•Licensed Aircraft Engineer with base maintenance experience (preferably 10 years)
•Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with multiple user departments
•Excellent planning and organisational skills with ability to work independently
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Good IT skills
