Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage contracts with Quantity Surveyors (QS), consultants, and contractors, including contract administration and vendor management.
  • •Prepare, issue, and maintain contracts, purchase orders (POs), NDAs, COIs, and related project documentation.
  • •Ensure procurement processes comply with client policies and governance requirements.
  • •Coordinate invoice processing, payment administration, accruals, retention tracking, and monthly cost reporting.
  • •Act as liaison between project managers, vendors, and stakeholders on procurement and payment matters, including document control and contract lodgement.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, contract administration, project coordination, or construction/fit-out project administration.
  • •Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and financial administration.
  • •Experience managing purchase orders, invoices, project costing, and vendor payments.
  • •Strong organizational and document control skills, with excellent stakeholder management and communication; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
