Drive growth of the Institutional Solutions business by uncovering treasury challenges for private market participants and translating them into product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Partner with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, and Dealing to define requirements, epics, and user stories. Use market knowledge to run competitor analysis and develop solutions across FX, derivatives, interest income, and regional growth.

•Discover key treasury problems and opportunities for private market participants and their service providers.
•Solve treasury challenges through technology, analytics, product, and operations.

•Identify high-impact opportunities across FX, derivatives, interest income, and regional growth, supported by competitor analysis.
