Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide safe maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; order parts; diagnose issues using data.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts and maintain paperwork/service readiness.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed and travel to customer job sites when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license (acceptable driving record) and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; offer contingent on a 10-panel drug screen.
