Job Summary

Drive regional operational excellence for TikTok Shop’s Service and Support Center from the London hub. You’ll partner with GNE, product, program, and operations teams to define priorities for merchant integration systems, regionalize SOPs and training for a BPO vendor, and translate country-specific policies and risks into improved processes. Manage tech and process updates, run stakeholder meetings, and use root-cause analysis to address problems and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with GNE, product, program, and operations teams to define requirements and priorities for merchant integration systems and tools.
•Regionalize (localize) SOPs and training (KMT) for the BPO vendor to resolve local service and support issues.
•Translate region/country-specific problems, policies, and risks into solutions that improve processes and workflows across teams.
•Work with the global SOP team to rapidly update process changes, and facilitate tech changes and updates; create and maintain system documentation.
•Manage project and stakeholder meetings to keep programs on track, and conduct root-cause analysis to drive significant impact.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
•3 years of operations, program, or project management experience, ideally involving SOP enhancement and localization.
•Familiarity with executing, contributing to, and creating SOPs.
•Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech teams.
•Ability to solve problems using data analysis and root-cause analysis across multiple data points.
