Key Requirements

•At least 1-3 years of experience as an MOT (Maintenance of Traffic) Supervisor/Foreman in highway construction.
•Must be able to do jobsite physical work including walking/standing most of the day and lifting up to 25 pounds.
•Uses tools such as hand shovel, axe, brush hook, grade rod, sledge hammer, pick, mattock, and post hole diggers.
•Must be willing to work in extremes of hot or cold weather and ride to and from job sites.
