•Collaborate with international teams and engage with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
•Work with Governance, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Team Leaders to support engineering governance initiatives.
•Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of key metrics to monitor engineering performance.
•Contribute to engineering outsourcing data analysis, including supplier performance evaluation and identification of improvement opportunities.
•Bring ideas on how to leverage digital technologies and AI to remove process roadblocks and improve engineering efficiency and quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 600 - 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline.
•Maintain a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent in your country).
•Basic understanding of Power BI, Power Automate, and data analytics principles.
•Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
•Be legally entitled to work in the country where you are applying, without company sponsorship or time restrictions.
