  • •Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of key metrics to monitor engineering performance.
  • •Contribute to engineering outsourcing data analysis, including supplier performance evaluation and identification of improvement opportunities.
  • •Bring ideas on how to leverage digital technologies and AI to remove process roadblocks and improve engineering efficiency and quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 600 - 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline.
  • •Maintain a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent in your country).
  • •Basic understanding of Power BI, Power Automate, and data analytics principles.
  • •Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
  • •Be legally entitled to work in the country where you are applying, without company sponsorship or time restrictions.
