Key Responsibilities

•Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth.
•Develop collaborative growth models aligned to merchants’ short- and long-term plans and deploy platform resources efficiently.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve key business growth challenges.
•Provide consultative solutions across content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partnerships, merchandising, and logistics to sellers.
•Update active sellers on TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in e-commerce business.
•Track record of delivering and exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Strong team player who is a fast learner and open to change.
•Preferred: experience in brand-led categories such as Food & Bev, Beauty & Personal Care, or CPG (preferred).
