Scaled Customer Success Manager, CEE

Own a large EMEA customer portfolio and drive adoption, onboarding, and expansion for Notion through tailored consultations, trainings, and assistant programs. Design and run outreach campaigns, partner cross-functionally with sales to ensure adoption, and proactively create success plans for customers. Serve as a trusted advisor and in-house product ambassador, shaping product direction with customer insights to increase monthly active users and seat expansion.
