Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives in the powder coating/painting line to enhance process stability, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
  • •Identify, investigate, and resolve manufacturing and quality issues using structured problem-solving (8D, Root Cause Analysis, Pareto Analysis, Thought Maps, and CAPA).
  • •Drive improvements in operational metrics (DPPM, FPY, throughput, efficiency, scrap, rework) through trend analysis and data-driven decisions.
  • •Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping workshops, and Lean Manufacturing projects to eliminate waste and optimize process flow.
  • •Develop and continuously improve PFMEAs, improve equipment reliability and OEE with maintenance, and support ISO 9001 and customer-specific quality management compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.
  • •Hands-on experience with powder coating, painting, and plating processes, including process controls and inspection methods.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills using methods such as 8D, RCA, Fishbone, 5 Whys, Thought Maps, and CAPA.
  • •Experience with PFMEA and statistical/quality tools including control plans, process capability studies, control charts, Pareto analysis, and trend analysis.
