Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and assist in the delivery of major development applications.
  • •Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across various project types.
  • •Submit and manage planning applications, including liaising and negotiating with local planning authorities and key stakeholders.
  • •Provide planning advice to colleagues and clients on consent requirements and permitted development rights.
  • •Write Planning Statements and Design and Access Statements for development applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline; RTPI or equivalent membership
  • •Significant experience leading planning consent applications for large infrastructure projects across multiple regimes
  • •Excellent written communication; ability to write Planning Statements and Design and Access Statements
  • •Strong client and stakeholder relations skills; proven work winning and client relationship experience
  • •Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high quality standard
