Key Responsibilities

  • •Support preparation and processing of payroll, including verifying inputs, handling payroll adjustments/corrections, and coordinating with HR and Finance.
  • •Ensure payroll transactions comply with tax regulations and statutory requirements (SSO and PVD) and company policies.
  • •Prepare payroll reports, support reconciliation activities, and assist with payroll costing and General Ledger (GL) reconciliation.
  • •Respond to employee payroll inquiries, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • •Support process improvement and system support, maintain payroll data validation/quality checks, and assist with internal/external payroll audit activities.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in payroll operations, HR services, HR shared services, or HRIS data management.
  • •Good understanding of payroll processes, payroll administration, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • •Familiar with SSO, Provident Fund (PVD), personal income tax, and labor-related regulations.
  • •Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
