Key Responsibilities

  • •Own resource management for the team to ensure the right resources are allocated at the right time and location to support operational delivery and improve efficiency.
  • •Partner with product and downstream operations teams to define planning parameters and coordinate ad hoc resource needs and unexpected situations.
  • •Analyze operational output and key metrics trends, identifying and driving continuous optimization opportunities.
  • •Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance resource planning mechanisms and improve scalability across business scenarios and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines).

  • •Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • •Ability to process large datasets with high attention to detail to identify subtle insights.
