Job Summary

Creative Design Specialist responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality visual assets across digital and print, ensuring brand standards are maintained while translating business objectives into engaging visual storytelling. Collaborates with internal stakeholders, stays ahead of design trends, and manages multiple projects to deliver brand-compliant outputs that strengthen brand presence and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Conceptualize and develop high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms, including internal communications, campaigns, presentations, events, leadership communications, social media, and corporate materials.
•Translate communication objectives and business requirements into compelling, audience-centric visual solutions.
•Ensure creative outputs are visually engaging, innovative, and aligned with brand positioning.
•Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide strategic creative recommendations and design consultation.
•Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro or equivalent)
•Strong understanding of branding, typography, visual storytelling, layout, and design principles
•Strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and visual consistency
•Up-to-date knowledge of current creative, digital, and social media design trends
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the confidence to provide professional recommendations
