Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage finance business partnering for the Vietnam and Philippines e-commerce markets, overseeing budget planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • •Prepare and deliver bi-weekly and monthly financial analysis reports with insights on trends, variances, and key drivers.
  • •Provide strategic financial advisory for new business initiatives, including forecasting, process support, and post-project performance reviews.
  • •Oversee financial governance processes such as project initiation, contract review, budget approval, and budget reallocation, improving automation and efficiency.
  • •Drive cross-functional collaboration, develop financial processes/systems/models, and lead special projects and ad hoc analyses.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Extensive experience in Finance Business Partnering or FP&A, preferably in e-commerce or digital.
  • •Proven experience with complex budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in international organizations.
  • •Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analytical frameworks.
  • •Proficiency in Mandarin to engage with Chinese stakeholders and review Mandarin documents.
