Key Responsibilities

  • •Run weekly and quarterly business review cadence: reconcile numbers, surface performance drivers, and meet leadership deadlines.
  • •Identify manual work to eliminate and build automation (AI agents, multi-system workflows, scripted data pipelines) rather than only reports.
  • •Analyze pipeline, funnel, forecast, and productivity data to answer leadership questions with defensible recommendations.
  • •Partner on territory planning and coverage, including account assignment, book balance, and capacity planning.
  • •Own quota, target, and KPI tracking with strong data integrity/QA and cross-functional coordination to fix upstream issues.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or business strategy with real ownership of recurring reporting/analytics for a commercial team.
  • •SQL proficiency: independently write and debug warehouse queries using joins, window functions, CTEs, and aggregation logic.
  • •Advanced Google Sheets and working knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, and reports.
  • •Core automation experience: personally shipped working automation using Glean, n8n, Apps Script, or comparable platforms; Hex and/or Python are a strong advantage.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees/certifications a plus).
