Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design and delivery of features across Angular (frontend) and Python or Spring Boot (backend).
  • •Own technical solution design, author design documents, drive design reviews, and make trade-off decisions on architecture, data models, and integrations.
  • •Identify and address systemic quality, performance, and reliability issues before they become incidents.
  • •Drive CI/CD maturity by improving build pipelines, deployment safety, and automated test coverage.
  • •Mentor mid-level, junior engineers, and new joiners; establish and advocate engineering best practices within the team and broader platform group.

  • •5–8 years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
  • •Strong proficiency in Angular (TypeScript) and either Python or Java/Spring Boot for backend services.
  • •Proven track record designing and delivering production APIs and services at scale.
  • •Strong command of relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL stores (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB), including selecting appropriate data stores.
