Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate through Purchasing/Sourcing, Project/Program Management, and Supplier Account Management roles, with full-time responsibilities during rotations.
  • •Issue RFQs, analyze proposals, negotiate prices, execute orders, and ensure delivery for new product integration/commercialization manufacturing requirements.
  • •Develop procurement strategies and align commodity strategies across business units, including forecasts and communication of engineering/materials/manufacturing requirements to suppliers.
  • •Coordinate demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure and provide input to outsourcing decisions via make versus buy analysis.
  • •Monitor supplier performance and risk, manage materials change control, meet cost objectives, resolve quality issues, and generate/publish KPIs. Link escalations to relevant paths as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Be prepared to complete the full 30-month rotational program.
  • •Graduating with an MBA in Supply Chain Management coupled with a technical undergraduate degree.
  • •Maintain good academic standing with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
  • •Communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of view.
  • •Have ERP technology exposure (hands-on experience preferred) plus data analytics experience and the ability to interpret engineering drawing specifications/requirements to source parts.
