Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive catalog onboarding improvements, including automated feed-issue resolution, productID/item-group-ID matching, and URL-to-catalog automation.
  • •Define the 1–3 year Catalogs and Applied PKG strategy and own the roadmap across ROAS Drivers, Demand Enablers, Adoption Enablers, and Shopping @ Reddit Enablers.
  • •Lead LLM-based catalog enrichment, including filling missing attributes, improving descriptions, and deriving gender/age/category.
  • •Partner with Ads Content Understanding to define the catalog ↔ PKG interface, connect ad catalogs to the knowledge graph, and support organic product mentions in discovery.
  • •Own metrics and advertiser insights by building dashboards, tracking catalog-driven ROAS and coverage, and holding the team accountable to goal-setting cadence.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years in AdTech, retail media, marketplaces, or shopping/e-commerce platforms.
  • •Experience with product knowledge graphs, product entity resolution, or large-scale product taxonomies.
  • •AI fluency, including experience creating scalable agentic workflows and using AI for analysis and automation.
  • •Domain depth in shopping or product data systems, including shipping catalog management and product knowledge graph integrations.
