Job Summary

Lead sales development enablement to drive revenue growth by equipping Sales Development teams with strategies, scalable training, and high-quality sales content and tools. Partner with Sales Development leadership and broader Go To Market Enablement to deliver role-specific programs, onboard new hires, and support Lead Gen needs. Use sales data to measure ROI, identify performance gaps, and continuously improve enablement initiatives, including AI-first prospecting and personalization using Box AI and generative AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute enablement strategies aligned to revenue goals and Sales Development initiatives.
•Design, deliver, and scale enablement programs to improve skills, product/solution knowledge, and competitive insights for Sales Development teams.
•Manage sales content and enable reps with tools and sales collateral; partner with Sales and Marketing Operations for GTM tools adoption, data hygiene, and process compliance.
•Train Sales Development teams to leverage Box AI and generative AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency and personalization.
•Lead onboarding and growth enablement programs, deliver training sessions, and use sales data to measure impact, performance gaps, and ROI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 151,000 - 175,000

Key Requirements

•7+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or sales management, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
•Experience coaching Sales Development teams and a deep understanding of sales outreach.
•Proficiency with Outreach platforms, Salesforce CRM systems, and enablement/LMS platforms.
•Strong presentation and facilitation skills for virtual and in-person training and stakeholder communications.
•Ability to analyze lead-to-meeting conversion, sequence performance, and email open/reply rates to optimize programs.
