Job Summary

Lead internal audit activities for assigned portfolios, translating strategic priorities into a risk-based audit plan and delivering audits aligned to the internal audit charter. Partner with senior and executive leadership to evaluate strategically and financially important processes, identify deficiencies, and drive action. Provide internal control, risk management, and compliance support, coordinate with other assurance providers, and manage delivery of the J-SOx program for your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and direction to the Internal Audit team for assigned portfolios.
•Develop and execute a risk-based audit plan aligned to company and internal audit priorities.
•Manage portfolio internal audit activities and coordinate audit projects and regulatory audit requirements.
•Provide risk management and internal control leadership, including risk mitigation and compliance support.
•Ensure work quality and successful delivery of the J-SOx programme for assigned portfolios.

Key Requirements

•Significant demonstrated experience in a professional audit capacity.
•Significant auditing experience within a public accounting firm.
•Significant demonstrated experience gained within a global services IT organization.
•Significant demonstrated experience leading and managing an auditing team.
•Significant business leadership and strategic risk and compliance auditing experience.
