Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, operate, and maintain one or two sequential lines to deburr and ultrasonically clean materials and weld bi-metal coil stock
  • •Mount coils, feed materials through rolls, washers, welder, defect detector, and take up reel while adjusting welding beam speed/voltage/amperage as needed
  • •Inspect welded material with a microscope and make necessary corrections during operation
  • •Maintain ultrasonic cleaner systems (caustic solution, rinse water, tank/seal/filter maintenance)
  • •Follow all safety rules and perform related duties as assigned
