Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in managing pre- and post-bound activities and support underwriters across underwriting operations, procedures, policy endorsement, and policy issuance.
  • •Support underwriting plans for standard/tacit renewals or low-complexity accounts when needed, including service strategy for product lines.
  • •File underwriting information and client data, review policy drafts, and support policy issuance.
  • •Attend internal and external meetings and help monitor decisions to ensure actions follow meeting outcomes.
  • •Streamline daily underwriting operations, including data entry and administrative work on pricing systems and updates to new and renewal business records.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree holder in insurance disciplines is preferable.
  • •Basic property insurance or general insurance knowledge is an advantage.
  • •Good command in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and English (written and spoken).
  • •Strong communication skills, with priority management and a quick turnaround time.
