Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in cross-functional projects focused on improving operational performance, with a strong emphasis on merchandising processes such as forecasting, pricing, stock control and logistics.
  • •Assist in the launch and expansion of merchandising operations in new cities and countries, coordinating requirements across logistics, procurement, finance, marketing and onsite teams.
  • •Manage day-to-day project tracking, ensuring stakeholders are aligned, deadlines are met and blockers are escalated early.
  • •Support the creation of forecasting models, P&Ls, pricing analyses and sales dashboards to inform decisions around stock, margins and demand planning.
  • •Assist in redesigning and optimising merchandising workflows, helping automate processes related to inventory, logistics and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •0-2 years of relevant experience (consulting, operations, analytics, supply chain, merchandising or similar); Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.
  • •Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • •Experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.
  • •Prior experience in logistics, operations, retail or merchandising is highly valued.
  • •Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate tasks with multiple stakeholders.
