Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide regional technical support for Collins Aerospace wheel and brake customers.
  • •Support airline and MRO customers with technical queries, operational issues and product guidance.
  • •Help maintain the highest standards of customer support across technical sales, campaigns, retrofit activity and competitions.
  • •Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through responsive, clear and credible technical communication.
  • •Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs, product performance and future opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Aviation Maintenance or equivalent practical experience in aircraft mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems

  • •Strong technical communication skills
  • •Ability to build trusted, long-standing customer relationships
  • •Aircraft wheels, brakes and landing gear experience would be an asset
