Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct comprehensive flight simulation training including pre-flight briefings, in-flight instruction, and post-flight debriefings.
  • •Develop and implement class instruction methods tailored to different learning styles and experience levels.
  • •Ensure strict adherence to aviation regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate regulatory compliance records.
  • •Participate in continuous improvement of training programs and creation of new curriculum.
  • •Use training simulation equipment and software to deliver realistic training scenarios and provide feedback/evaluations to trainees.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a flight instructor, preferably in a simulator environment.
  • •Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin preferred) and English.
  • •In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • •Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs.
  • •Proficiency operating and troubleshooting training simulation equipment; relevant pilot licenses/certifications desirable.
