Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end platform portfolio across investment planning, engineering design, permitting, tendering, project execution, and asset/pipeline management.
•Own enterprise document and contract-lifecycle platforms (Legal/CLM, engineering document control, M&A and due-diligence documentation).
•Define and maintain a single product roadmap aligned to business priorities, treating the investment lifecycle and documents as one digital thread.
•Deploy AI-driven document workflows (ingestion, extraction of key financial/legal fields, normalization, classification, summarization, reasoning) with human-in-the-loop approvals.
•Lead Agile delivery with system integrators and SaaS vendors, enforcing SLAs/KPIs, managing vendors, and delivering portfolio reporting via SaaS tooling and Power BI.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Data/AI, Finance, or a related field; preferred certifications to be confirmed.
•14–18+ years in enterprise systems and product/platform ownership, with end-to-end deployment experience for PLM and project-based ERP systems.
•6+ years in the control-based document ecosystem (e.g., enterprise SharePoint/Microsoft Syntex) and 5+ years delivering enterprise document-transformation programs.
•Hands-on experience building AI-driven document workflows and agent-based orchestration (e.g., Azure OpenAI/Copilot/multi-agent frameworks) with identity, guardrails, and audit rigor.
•Investment lifecycle and M&A process expertise, including capital project development, construction lifecycle, and financial planning/portfolio reporting.
