Job Summary

Serve as a Product Expert for insurance within IWPB, partnering with Premier Relationship Managers (PRMs) and service colleagues to identify clients’ protection needs, recommend suitable insurance solutions, and enable simplified insurance journeys. Drive insurance outcomes across aligned channels, conduct protection/portfolio reviews, support adoption of tools and process improvements, and coach PRMs to strengthen product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and client experience. Ensure needs-based sales and regulatory/suitability compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Convert identified protection needs into appropriate insurance solutions by supporting PRMs and aligned channels.
•Support PRMs to deepen and grow client relationships through needs discovery, solution structuring, and technical support.
•Conduct protection/portfolio reviews to assess suitability and manage risks and opportunities.
•Support adoption of simplified insurance journeys, tools, and process improvements; contribute to product launches where relevant.
•Ensure recommendations and sales activity follow the needs-based sales process and meet suitability requirements, including compliance with IWPB policy standards and local regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•IRDAI Certification (as applicable to the market and role requirements).
•3–5 years’ experience in a similar role or in insurance selling (protection-focused), preferably within banking/wealth or a comparable distribution model.
•Attain/maintain any additional professional or internal standards required.
•Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (advantage).
