Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct day-to-day IT operations, including end-user support, procurement, and employee onboarding/offboarding, to ensure responsive and reliable service.
  • •Own security and cloud infrastructure, ensuring environments are secure, resilient, performant, and cost-optimized across hybrid on-premises and Azure.
  • •Oversee administration and management of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and hosted SaaS business applications critical to business operations.
  • •Establish and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans (backup, failover, recovery) and ensure regular testing.
  • •Build and mentor high-performing multidisciplinary IT teams, manage vendor relationships, and provide executive-level reporting on IT initiatives and roadmap progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading multidisciplinary IT teams across security, cloud infrastructure, application management, and IT operations, including end-user support, procurement, and onboarding/offboarding.
  • •Deep hands-on and leadership experience across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 and Azure PaaS/IaaS environments.
  • •Working knowledge of security/compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2) and operating IT environments under audit.
  • •Substantial ITSM/ITIL experience with a track record of driving IT service management process maturity.
  • •Experience with software development operations and supporting platforms, including Azure DevOps, SQL Server, and IIS, to partner with software engineering leadership.
