Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on procurement strategies, vendor prequalification, bid proposal assessment, bid interviews, and contractor appointment support.
  • •Manage estimating across the project lifecycle, including cost estimates, review of team estimates, client presentations, value engineering recommendations, and vendor pricing validation.
  • •Produce and present cost reporting and forecasts by maintaining reporting schedules, reviewing budgets and spend forecasts, managing commercial risk registers, and facilitating cost meetings.
  • •Execute cost control activities including payment application reviews, change order evaluations, contractor entitlement assessments, and dispute avoidance and resolution.
  • •Support commercial closeout activities such as final account negotiations, post-contract audits, project closeout, and post-project lessons learned; use cost estimating and project controls tools as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management within the construction industry.
  • •RICS accreditation or progress toward accreditation is preferred.
  • •Experience supporting cost management services on medium to large-scale construction projects.
  • •Knowledge of construction industry practices, including procurement, value engineering, and cost management principles.
