Job Summary

Deliver trainer-led training for Medi24 across multiple platforms, both onsite and remotely, and develop onboarding and training programs tailored to business and adult-learning principles. Own the learning content review to support audit readiness, manage the E-learning knowledge database, and analyze training needs to improve performance. Partner with global Operations training teams and instructional designers to create blended e-learning courses, answer staff questions, and measure training effectiveness using feedback and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct trainer-led trainings for Medi24 across global Operations, onsite and remotely.
•Develop training and onboarding programs and support best-practice standards within Operations functions.
•Manage onboarding for new employees and new-customer onboarding, including medical training content as a subject matter expert.
•Maintain and continuously update the E-learning knowledge database and learning content for IT, regulatory/compliance, and product changes.
•Collaborate with instructional designers to build blended e-learning courses, respond to staff questions, and measure training effectiveness using quantitative/qualitative feedback and KPIs.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of experience as a trainer or in a comparable role, delivering online and in-person training using proven methods.
•Medical training as a registered nurse HF/FH, emergency medical technician, midwife, or medical practice assistant (MPA).
•Negotiation-level German and/or French; English is an advantage.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
•Strong communication and presentation skills, customer orientation, and the ability to work independently and in a multicultural team.
