Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the global product portfolio lifecycle from concept and launch through phase-out to keep categories competitive and aligned to priorities.
  • •Develop and execute strategic category plans, driving SKU optimization, inventory performance, and accurate product data management across launches and changes.
  • •Drive new product development and commercialization using end-user research and the jobs-to-be-done framework with cross-functional teams.
  • •Serve as the key product contact across EMEA and ANZ, using customer, channel, and market insights to guide portfolio decisions.
  • •Support research initiatives, market visits/presentations, and enable effective product training and communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in product management, product marketing, category management, or a related commercial role.
  • •Degree-level qualification in marketing, business, engineering, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Commercial, financial, and analytical skills, including experience with pricing, profitability, and portfolio analysis.
  • •Strong presentation and communication skills to influence stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • •Experience in tools, accessories, or a related technical product category.
