Support the Coverage team with operational account work and client request handling, including account opening, transfers, profile changes, and fixed deposit processing. Provide specialist guidance to resolve customer queries promptly and accurately while following bank processes. Handle alerts and follow-ups (e.g., salary files, TTs, EFTs), assist VP/SVP with fixed deposits and MIS/presentations, and ensure corporate account opening procedures are well understood.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle operational work for all accounts with the assistance of SRMs/VP.
•Provide specialist guidance and advice to customers to resolve queries within acceptable time and achieve customer satisfaction.
•Carry out WBG tasks accurately within timescales while adhering to bank processes and procedures.
•Promote and assist in implementing online banking transactions to minimize account-related queries.
•Address customer and alert-related queries, follow up on submitted requests (salary files, GPSSA, TTs, EFTs), and inform/update the RM accordingly.
