Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted advisor to customers with memory architecture guidance, memory product recommendations, and technical training.
  • •Regularly visit customers to identify new opportunities and discuss ongoing projects, concerns, and future needs.
  • •Provide customer technical support as the central point of contact during critical issues between customer and factory teams until resolution.
  • •Collaborate with internal marketing and development teams to evaluate feasibility of new products/features and ensure customer specifications are met.
  • •Work with Sales to develop and execute a strategic plan and track progress against key objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • •Proven ability in system design, system test, system validation, and/or memory-focused application engineering.
  • •Experience with automotive or embedded memories, including LP5x, LP6, UFS, and embedded SSD.
  • •Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • •Preferred: Experience as an applications engineer for a semiconductor manufacturer.
