Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and drive end-to-end RFx global events from capturing requirements through award with cross-functional participants (HR, Finance, Legal, and business unit leaders).
  • •Advise cross-functional leaders using market expertise, data-driven insights, and good judgment to support sourcing decisions at all levels.
  • •Create and implement category strategies using data insights to optimize vendor relationships, drive cost savings, and enable critical initiatives.
  • •Build and maintain a global supplier catalog across Professional Services Procurement categories such as contractors, consultants, managed services, and alternative talent solutions.
  • •Lead market intelligence and analytics efforts to educate partners, benchmark pricing, and optimize TCO across the supplier base, including support for P2P/CLM process questions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related) or equivalent experience.
