Job Summary

Build and foster client relationships by engaging customers in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customers’ banking needs, obtain and process account information, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned to their goals. Deliver a consistent client experience, open new consumer and business accounts, submit credit applications, and partner with branch teams while leveraging digital, self-service tools for operational accuracy.

•Provide a consistent client experience by greeting clients, processing basic transactions, opening accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
•Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize client experience with operational excellence and accuracy, partnering with branch team members.

•Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients and make recommendations that meet customer needs.
