Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 4 years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Construction Manager/Construction Engineer experience (preferred) with ~10 years’ experience.
  • •Change order review experience, with experience involving a public agency being a plus.
  • •Ability to schedule special inspections/testing/shutdowns.
  • •Coordination experience with Facility/Operations; experience in health care and/or correctional facilities is a plus.
