Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise named and international clients on successful delivery of complex new-build and refurbishment projects in industrial construction.
  • •Manage projects of varying size and complexity, including project organization, target setting, project control, and documentation of progress.
  • •Monitor and manage costs, schedules, and quality while driving process improvements.
  • •Coordinate internal subject-matter areas and external planning teams through a structured interface role.
  • •Ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in civil engineering, business engineering, architecture or a related field.
  • •At least 3–5 years of professional experience in project management or project controls for complex building projects, especially industrial construction.
  • •Strong analytical and systems thinking with a team-oriented working style.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • •Very good user knowledge of MS Office and MS Project, plus willingness to travel and work regularly 3–5 days per week on construction sites.
