Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and integration of new DCGS and C4ISR capabilities from concept through operational evaluation.
•Collaborate with the 480 ISRW Technical Director, cross-functional engineering teams, and stakeholders to recommend solutions and resolve integration challenges.
•Drive modernization of intelligence systems by assessing new technologies, managing project timelines, and transitioning capabilities under configuration management control.
•Apply project management and risk management frameworks (PMBOK, SAFe, ITIL, NIST SP 800-37) and systems architecture expertise to deliver mission-ready solutions.
•Plan, host, and participate in technical meetings including scrums, TEMs, and IPTs.

Salary: USD 97,968 - 132,250 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in IT management or a related technical field, or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
•10+ years of related experience, including at least 5 years of DCGS or ISR architectural experience.
•Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and ITIL.
•Strong understanding of DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
•Experience with requirements engineering, systems verification and validation, and the NIST SP 800-37 Risk Management Framework (RMF), including the ability to lead cross-functional project teams and communicate with senior decision-makers.
