Join the Massive Creator Team to help TikTok Shop creators grow through affiliate marketing. You’ll support creator-focused projects by designing materials and using TikTok Shop channels and tools, set up voucher/visibility/traffic initiatives, and co-host education sessions. The role also involves basic data collection and analysis to optimize creator growth strategies, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate on projects and materials that nurture and develop e-commerce creators, including call-to-action content and banners.
•Help plan and execute Massive creator policy using TikTok Shop channels and tools, including identifying brands and products for creators to promote.
•Set up voucher/visibility/traffic tools to deliver project results.
•Support basic data collection and analyze performance metrics and user behavior to optimize creator growth strategies.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive results, including co-hosting education programs.

Key Requirements

•Actively enrolled university student committed to 5 working days per week for at least 3 months.
•Preferably major in Economics & Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or Business Administration.
•Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.
•Self-motivated to deliver tasks on desirable timelines.
•Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
