Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full technical implementation lifecycle for new customers, delivering on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.
  • •Perform hands-on EMR integration and configuration, validating data integrity and ensuring seamless interactions with customer EMR environments.
  • •Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer IT teams, troubleshooting issues and facilitating collaboration.
  • •Serve as a technical subject matter expert, representing Navina’s platform in customer interactions to solve workflow challenges.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, R&D, and Medical teams to streamline the feedback loop and improve integration scalability through automation, runbooks, and frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a customer-facing Implementation Engineer, Technical Onboarding Manager, or Solution Engineer role (SaaS preferred).
  • •Proven EMR/EHR experience (Epic, Athenahealth, eCW, Cerner, Veradigm), including EMR data structures, workflows, and integration points.
  • •Strong knowledge of US healthcare data standards and clinical terminology (HL7, FHIR, C-CDA).
  • •SQL experience and data analysis skills.
  • •Experience debugging web applications and troubleshooting integration issues.
