Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end solution design and architecture for BES solutions across multiple technology layers, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and regulatory obligations.
  • •Serve as technical authority and incident manager for BES platforms, leading incident response, escalation calls, and root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
  • •Define and enforce architecture/delivery standards, observability/monitoring practices, and support procedures (runbooks).
  • •Review technical plans from lower-level engineers and analysts to ensure high-quality designs that meet business partner requirements and system volumetrics.
  • •Lead disciplined execution across multiple initiatives and teams, coach/mentor engineers, and communicate clearly with senior leadership during high-impact events.

Key Requirements
