Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive daily and monthly sales targets through trade-in and used-phone sales.
  • •Provide customers with a professional service and consultation experience.
  • •Supervise and guide daily store operations, including scheduling, attendance management, and team motivation.
  • •Ensure store cleanliness, product presentation, and compliance with SOPs for transactions, trade-in, and device inspections.
  • •Monitor inventory availability, coordinate stock flow with the Area Supervisor and central team, and prepare daily sales/trade-in reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: IDR 4,500,000 - 5,500,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Have at least 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or store operations.
  • •Experience in the electronics, gadgets, or secondhand goods industry is a plus.
  • •Be target-oriented and able to provide good customer service.
  • •Have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Able to operate basic digital tools/systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel; willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
