Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and execute the BAAM framework within a secure SOX control environment.
  • •Maintain complete and accurate records for counterparties, bank accounts, authorised signatories, and user accesses in relevant systems.
  • •Coordinate BAAM execution with Payment Operations, Treasury, and Banking teams and act as the primary point of contact for BAAM matters.
  • •Review and ensure timely closure of BAAM tickets and requests, and keep BAAM documentation (user guides, flowcharts, risk and control matrix) up to date.
  • •Liaise with internal and external auditors, support account/access/signatory reviews, and prepare periodic BAAM reporting materials.
